Pregnancy GTT test. Bad experience!!!!
Had to remind them for collecting sample. They were 45 mins late. GTT Kit was old and not sealed. Their staff do not wear any gloves or mask. Excuse is that it is only for doing covid test. Sample was not collected cleanly. She had a clot in the area.

Given sample twice but blood was clotting all the time than they informed me that their tube had issue so will need to collect blood again. In the emergency situation I suffered a lot because of that. Also When I call them they pick up the call and put on the side when I mention about about the issue.

It is ordinary LAB.This LAB is proffessional LAB only.No value of patients life.Not enough, Accurate Machines.Staff has poor knowledge.Some Reports are processed on formality base.Lab has no new high technology.Patient can go there only for Dibetis,CBC,CHOLESTEROL ETC Simple TEST report only.
