Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory or product category. Implement effective sales strategies to increase product penetration and market share. 2. Market Expansion & Merchandising Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly. Ensure products are properly displayed, merchandised, and in line with brand guidelines. Negotiate shelf space, product visibility, and promotional placements. 3. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Provide after-sales support to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Sales Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales manager based on field data. 5. Payment Collection & Payment Responsibility Coordinate with retailers , resellers , Distributors for on time payment of goods sold. Ensure goods sale to party good in credit credentials. Coordination with accounts team for payment recording. 6. Promotion & Brand Execution Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotions, sampling, and in-store activities. Ensure promotional materials and POS displays are available and correctly installed.
