You will also play a crucial role in maintaining and evolving our visual brand guidelines for consistent brand identity. Managing multiple design projects and meeting tight deadlines will be essential, and having experience in motion graphics or video editing is a significant advantage. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing or creative teams. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and cross-platform design skills is required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a must, while familiarity with Figma and other motion tools is a bonus. A solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding is essential. Being self-driven, responsive to feedback, and excellent at time management are qualities we value.
