Graphics Designer

Role Overview: You will be joining our growing e-commerce apparel production team as a Skilled Graphics Designer. Your primary responsibilities will include vectorising logos, preparing DTF tiles, creating artwork mock-ups, and designing posters and marketing materials. This is a fast-paced design role that requires creativity and experience with production artwork. Key Responsibilities: - Vectorise customer logos into clean, production-ready files. - Prepare DTF print tiles and layouts based on company specifications. - Create garment mock-ups using our templates. - Remove backgrounds and clean up low-quality logos. - Prepare artwork files according to production standards. - Design posters, banners, and simple marketing creatives when required. - Maintain organised file structures and proper naming conventions. - Follow daily workflow and deliver tasks within deadlines. - Communicate with production and customer support teams when artwork is ready. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (mandatory). - Good knowledge of Photoshop (preferred). - Ability to vectorise logos quickly and accurately. - Experience creating apparel mock-ups and artwork proofs. - Understanding of DTF printing and basic embroidery preparation (training provided). - Ability to design posters, banners, and simple marketing creatives. - Strong attention to detail and colour accuracy. - Ability to handle multiple artwork tasks each day. - Basic English reading/writing skills. - Reliable, fast learner, and deadline-driven.
