Graphics Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer in our team, you will play a crucial role in leading creative design projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design assets across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects - Developing branding elements, marketing collaterals, packaging, digital, and print materials - Supervising and guiding junior designers to maintain design quality and consistency - Collaborating with content creators, marketers, and project managers for successful campaigns - Presenting design concepts to clients and internal teams with strong visual rationale - Ensuring timely delivery of creative assets across different formats (web, social, print, etc.) - Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across all creative touchpoints - Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and industry best practices - Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field - 15 years of professional experience in a design role (agency experience preferred) - Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, digital design, and campaign work - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus) - Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to take creative direction and lead design decisions independently - Attention to detail and strong time management skills Please note that the job is full-time with benefits including leave encashment and paid time off.
