Graphics Designer for Real Estates

Join our creative team at Propzilla as a Graphic Designer! Located in Sector 65, Gurgaon, we are seeking a talented individual with over 2-3 years of experience in graphic design. Real estate experience would be an added advantage. As a creative artist, you will have the opportunity to bring our brand to life through captivating visuals. Your role will involve designing content for various platforms including online campaigns, print ads, websites, and videos, ensuring that each piece resonates with our company's brand values. Your key responsibilities will include preparing rough drafts and presenting innovative ideas for feedback and refinement. You will be tasked with using appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic, ensuring they adhere to the brand's color scheme and layout guidelines. Designing engaging social media posts that align with our brand identity and creating content for special occasions as outlined in the social media calendar will also be vital aspects of your role. Additionally, you will develop website elements to enhance user experience, produce real estate creatives for the sales team, and design print materials such as ID cards, calendars, envelopes, and news pamphlets. Collaboration with the content team will be essential as you work closely to understand creative ideas and bring them to life through your designs. You will be expected to stay updated on new design trends, continuously researching and implementing innovative ideas to ensure our visuals remain fresh and appealing. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with a performance bonus offered. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with preferred experience in CSS, design, and a total of 3 years of work experience.
