Graphics Designer

As a Graphics Designer at Agadh, a visionary communication and digital marketing agency based in Chandigarh, your main responsibility will be to create and manage visual concepts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative design solutions. You will collaborate closely with team members to produce creative designs for various digital platforms, with a focus on social media. Your role will require attention to detail, the ability to lead design projects, and mentor junior designers while preserving the brand's aesthetic vision. Key Responsibilities: - Develop visually compelling designs for digital platforms including blogs, websites, Meta, Google, etc. - Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all deliverables. - Edit and retouch images when necessary. - Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign creatives. - Continuously assess and enhance brand assets to ensure they remain modern and effective. - Utilize industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, etc. - Stay updated on design, animation, and advertising trends. - Manage multiple design projects concurrently, tracking deadlines and deliverables. - Coordinate with other departments to gather requirements, establish timelines, and ensure smooth project execution. - Review design work for accuracy, consistency, and high standards prior to final delivery. - Organize design files effectively and prepare them appropriately for production or web deployment. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing setting. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva. - Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work. - Understanding of visual storytelling, layout principles, and branding. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: - Minimum of 3+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, skill, and versatility. - Strong research skills. - Previous agency experience managing social media accounts with knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. - Proficiency in typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles. - Keen attention to detail and a refined sense of aesthetics. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
