Graphic Web User Designer

You are seeking a highly creative and experienced B2B Graphic Designer with 3 to 8 years of experience to lead the design efforts for business-to-business (B2B) marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and advanced proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver high-quality design assets that effectively communicate the brand and engage with B2B clients. Your key responsibilities will include creating visually compelling designs for B2B marketing campaigns such as email templates, presentations, social media graphics, infographics, and landing pages. You will also lead the design strategy to ensure consistency with the brand identity across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will design and prototype user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms like websites and web applications, ensuring designs are optimized for functionality, usability, and responsiveness. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions. You will also collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets for presentations, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, and other B2B collateral while maintaining a library of templates and design elements for team-wide use. The qualifications required for this role include proven experience of 3 to 8 years in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma), and other relevant design tools. A keen eye for detail, a passion for creating visually stunning designs, a strong understanding of design principles and typography, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.
