Graphic & Motion Design Associate

As a Graphic & Motion Design Associate at MONIN India, you will play a vital role in executing high-quality creatives across static and motion formats. Collaborating closely with our Graphic Designer, you will bring concepts and storyboards to life with pixel-perfect deliverables while maintaining brand consistency across digital and offline platforms. Your key responsibilities will include adapting and creating social media assets, designing performance ads, developing print-ready materials, animating teasers and short-form content for social media & e-commerce, creating motion graphics with animated text and effects, editing YouTube videos, campaign films, and social cutdowns, as well as reformatting videos for multiple aspect ratios & platforms. Your role will focus on enhancing storytelling with captions, overlays, and visual effects to engage our audience effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience, along with at least 2 years of professional experience in Static, Video Editing & Motion Design, preferably in the food and beverage industry. A strong portfolio showcasing Static design, Video Editing, and Motion Graphics is essential. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required, with a basic understanding of Canva. Additionally, you should have a solid grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Being detail-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities, and capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines are crucial attributes for this role. An interest or experience in the Food & Beverage, Nutrition, Fitness, or Lifestyle sectors is preferred. Familiarity with AI-generated design, video, and motion tools, as well as knowledge of print production processes and specifications, would be advantageous.
