Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos, especially Instagram Reels, using techniques like transitions, effects, music syncing, and text overlays to create viral content.

- Design posters, thumbnails, and graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva to complement video content and enhance visual appeal.

- Organize raw footage, manage assets, and collaborate on post-production workflows, including color grading and sound design.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar software for video editing and graphic design like capcut.

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels trends, storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement strategies.

- Creative eye for visuals, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Portfolio showcasing Reels, video edits, or poster designs (even personal projects for freshers).

- Basic knowledge of social media video production; no prior professional experience required for interns or entry-level roles.

- Passion for content creation and willingness to learn industry trends.
