Job Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
• Enhance raw footage with motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound design.
• Work on property walkthrough videos, promotional ads, and brand content.

Graphic Design:

• Design engaging graphics for social media, brochures, posters, and presentations.
• Create branding materials, including logos, business cards, and digital assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Other Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content.
• Stay up to date with design trends and real estate marketing strategies.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in video editing & graphic design.
• Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Skills:
• Strong storytelling and visual editing skills.
• Motion graphics & animation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media trends & best practices for video content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Hardware Requirements:
• Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher processor
• 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
• SSD for better performance
• Dedicated GPU preferred
• Stable high-speed internet connection
