Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives. You should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design promotional materials such as banners, posters, brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Develop creative assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce visual concepts and layouts.
• Ensure consistency across all designs and media outputs.

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and advertisements.
• Add music, graphics, voiceovers, and effects to enhance video quality.
• Work with the content team to conceptualize and execute video ideas.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design and video software:
• Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW (optional)
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in motion graphics or animation.
• Knowledge of photography or product shoots.
• Understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling.

Reporting To:

• Marketing Manager / Creative Director

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
