Graphic Designer - Team Leader

As a Graphic Designer Team Leader with 4 to 6 years of experience, you will be leading our design team to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all visual assets. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of graphic designers, providing guidance to enhance creativity and efficiency. - Developing compelling visual assets for branding, including logos, brand guidelines, and identity materials. - Creating marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers, business cards, and other print and digital materials. - Designing engaging packaging materials aligned with brand aesthetics. - Developing creative assets for social media, including posters, banners, ads, and other digital content. - Ensuring brand consistency across all design outputs and contributing to brand strategy development. - Collaborating with internal teams to translate concepts into visually effective designs. - Staying updated with design trends to enhance the brand's visual appeal. - Working on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards. - Conducting team meetings, managing workloads, and ensuring smooth workflow within the design team. - Providing creative direction and maintaining high-quality standards in all design deliverables. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 4 to 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant tools. - Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. - Experience in packaging design, print production, and digital media. - Ability to create and maintain brand guidelines. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
