Graphic Designer- Static & Motion

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing creative graphics, both static and motion, for various client requirements. You will play a key role in storyboarding, animation, and creating creative motion graphics. Additionally, you will collaborate creatively for social media platforms, including digital assets, banners, product images, and more. Your role will also involve participating in video shoots, seamlessly editing video pieces to craft compelling video storytelling, and staying updated on industry trends to optimize design techniques for timely deliverables. You must be comfortable working in a team environment with tight deadlines, providing creative recommendations for engaging marketing proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design creative graphics, both static and motion, for client requirements - Play a crucial role in storyboarding, animation, and creating creative motion graphics - Collaborate creatively for social media platforms, including digital assets, banners, product images, etc. - Participate in video shoots and seamlessly edit video pieces for compelling video storytelling - Stay updated on industry trends and optimize design techniques for timely deliverables - Work in a team environment with tight deadlines, offering creative recommendations for marketing proposals Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of graphics experience in a digital agency or similar field - Experience in static graphics and video editing (reels edit) is necessary - Inshot editing experience for reels is preferred - Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Premier Pro - Expertise in AI tools for designing and creative reference is a plus - A cohesive portfolio demonstrating technical competence, creativity, and attention to detail - Proficient in color theory, typography, design principles, and animation techniques - Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for continuous learning and providing creative inputs to clients Note: The salary offered for this position ranges from 15k to 20k, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
