Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer, Social Media Executive who can manage the company's visual communication, social media presence and digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have a good creative sense, knowledge of graphic designing tools and the ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing:

• Design creative posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations and marketing materials.
• Create attractive graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Design promotional creatives for campaigns, events and company activities.
• Develop visually appealing content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Edit images, videos and other digital creatives.
• Create marketing collaterals and corporate presentations.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create, schedule and publish regular posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
• Write engaging captions and relevant hashtags.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Research social media trends and implement creative content ideas.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, photographs and videos for content creation.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and brand promotion activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Good knowledge of content creation, social media trends and branding.
• Creative thinking and strong visual communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags and social media analytics.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Additional Advantage: Experience in creating reels, promotional videos, corporate branding and digital marketing campaigns.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Must have a creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Candidates with experience in graphic designing and content creation will be preferred.
• Should be updated with the latest creative technologies and social media trends.

Explore and implement AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly and other emerging creative platforms

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
