Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at Plyneer Industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality marketing materials, including social media posts, company posters, banners, brochures, packaging elements, and digital creatives aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create posters, banners, flyers, and visual materials for product launches, campaigns, in-store displays, and corporate branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute designs for advertising, events, and exhibitions.
• Ensure all visuals maintain a consistent brand identity and aesthetic across platforms.
• Edit and enhance photos, product renders, and real-site images when required.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for high-quality output.
• Manage multiple design tasks with tight timelines while maintaining creativity and quality.

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing (FMCG/Building Materials/Interior brands preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other online design tools is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of print production formats and resolutions.
• Knowledge of reels, short video design, and motion graphics is a bonus.

• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
