About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of experience to lead visual design initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print media

Design marketing materials such as social media creatives, brochures, posters, banners, and presentations

Collaborate with marketing, content, and branding teams to ensure consistency

Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with the brand identity

Work on UI/UX design basics for websites and digital platforms (if required)

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

46 years of professional graphic design experience

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma

Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in agencies or fast-paced environments

Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

Creative and collaborative work environment
