Graphic Designer - Junior

As a Junior Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a key role in creating and managing digital and print designs to help enhance our brand presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating high-quality graphic designs for various platforms such as social media posts, ads, and email marketing campaigns. - Developing and maintaining brand identity elements like logos, icons, and colour palettes. - Designing and laying out diverse print materials like magazines, newsletters, brochures, catalogues, packaging, and marketing collateral. - Staying updated on the latest design trends and best practices. - Collaborating with team members to ensure designs align with organizational goals. - Meeting deadlines and maintaining organization in your work. - Being capable of working both independently and as part of a team. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer. - A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - An excellent understanding of design principles and best practices. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think creatively and innovatively.
