About the job: We're a creative agency that believes great design is not just beautiful, but strategic. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who gets it. Someone who doesn't just 'make things pretty' but understands how design moves people. You're obsessed with visual storytelling, brand systems, layout hierarchy, and the subtle psychology behind every scroll and click. Key responsibilities: 1. Translate briefs into visual assets that convert and connect. 2. Design static and motion graphics for: social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). pitch decks and proposals, ad creatives and marketing funnels, & brand identity systems (logo, color, typography). 3. Build cohesive design systems that support our clients' messaging. 4. Collaborate with video editors, copywriters, and strategists. 5. Stay updated with design trends and marketing psychology. Requirments: 1. Strong portfolio showing branding, social design, and UI feel. 2. Deep understanding of design psychology - color theory, spacing, and visual rhythm. 3. Tools: Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus). 4. Basic knowledge of type, grids, and layout systems. 5. Sharp eye for visual alignment and detail. 6. Follow brands like Apple, Almanack, Notion, or Ghia for their aesthetics. 7. Can explain why a bad font ruins trust or why white space sells more than a discount. 8.
