The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience. This role requires a creative and innovative designer who can work collaboratively with team members to produce high-quality visual content. The selected individual will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team at Nexus Jobs. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill), enabling the creation of visually compelling digital content. Experience with Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory skill) to design vector graphics and illustrations. Ability to use Figma (Mandatory skill) for collaborative interface design and prototyping. Knowledge of Sketch for creating user interface layouts and designing web and mobile applications. Strong understanding of typography to enhance the visual appeal of text in designs. Experience with branding, developing logos, and ensuring visual coherence across marketing materials. Familiarity with UI/UX design to create user-centric digital interfaces and improve usability. Competence in Adobe InDesign for designing print and digital documents, enhancing layout designs. Roles and Responsibilities Create visually appealing designs using Adobe Creative Suite for both digital and print media. Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute creative design strategies for branding. Develop design layouts for websites, social media, and advertising materials meeting company standards. Ensure consistency and alignment of all visual content with corporate branding guidelines. Use Figma for designing user interfaces and prototypes, facilitating effective team collaboration. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for design innovation. Modify designs as necessary based on feedback and in accordance with project schedules. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design processes.
