Job Description

Design Creation: Independently develop creative graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and website content.
AI Integration: Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance graphic design processes and produce innovative content. Effective Tool Usage: Demonstrate proficiency in using design software to create high-quality visual content efficiently. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels. Idea Generation: Bring original ideas to the table and execute them with creativity and precision, contributing to the overall design strategy. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and otherdesigners to brainstorm ideas and develop design concepts. Feedback Implementation: Revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients, ensuring final deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines. Research & Trends: Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to apply innovative ideas to projects. File Management: Organize and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos, and artwork, ensuring proper file naming and version control.

Must-Have Skills
English Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members. Creativity: An extremely creative individual with the ability to think outside the box and bring unique ideas to life. End-to-End Graphic Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of the entire graphic design process, from conceptualization to final output, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.

Software Proficiency:
Adobe Photoshop: Advanced skills in image editing, manipulation, and retouching. Adobe Illustrator: Proficiency in creating vector graphics, illustrations, and layout design. AI Image or Graphic Editing: Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and techniques for enhancing and generating graphic content. Video Editing (Good to Have): Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus. Independence: Capable of working independently, managing projects with minimal supervision, and proactively contributing ideas. Attention to Detail: Ability to create polished designs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to different design styles, and take on new challenges.
