Graphic Designer Intern

Black and White Creations is a leading railway advertising agency specializing in innovative train and station branding solutions across India. We create impactful campaigns that reach millions of travelers daily. We are looking for a Graphic Designer Intern who can bring fresh ideas and creativity to our team, helping us design eye-catching campaigns for brands on one of India’s most powerful advertising platforms – the Railways.

Responsibilities

• Design creatives for train exterior branding, station ads, posters, and digital campaigns.
• Assist in developing branding concepts, pitch decks, and client presentations.
• Create graphics for social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing and client servicing team to bring advertising ideas to life.
• Ensure all visuals are professional, brand-aligned, and attention-grabbing.
• Stay updated with design and advertising trends, especially in OOH (Out-of-Home) and transit advertising.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Basic understanding of branding, typography, and layouts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio (academic/personal/freelance work accepted) showcasing design skills.
• Preferred (Not Mandatory):
• Interest or experience in advertising, marketing, or outdoor media.
• Knowledge of video editing/motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
