Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate client requirements into engaging visual content. You will collaborate closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that effectively communicate the desired message.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Design:
• Develop visual concepts based on client briefs and project requirements.
• Create designs for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet their needs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization based on project deadlines.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to clients or team members for feedback.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are current and relevant.
• Quality Assurance:
• Review final designs for errors and ensure that all deliverables meet the required specifications before publication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Illustration skills are a plus.
