Your designs will help businesses communicate clearly and consistently across social channels, websites, campaigns and print. You will turn a brief into visuals that suit the audience, respect the brand and arrive ready for publication or production.
What you will own - Develop visual concepts from creative briefs, audience needs and brand guidelines.
- Design social media posts, carousels, advertising creatives, website banners and campaign assets in the sizes each channel needs.
- Use Adobe Photoshop for photo retouching, image correction, masking, compositing and image preparation.
- Use Adobe Illustrator to create and refine vector artwork, icons, logos, illustrations and brand elements.
- Create brochures, flyers, posters, stationery and other marketing collateral, preparing print-ready artwork when needed.
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers and other team members to connect the visual idea with the message.
- Present design choices, incorporate feedback and check typography, alignment, image quality and brand consistency before delivery.
- Maintain organised, editable source files and export final artwork with the correct dimensions, colour mode and file format.
What you bring - Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; both tools are required.
- A portfolio showing original graphic design work, including social media creatives, brand assets or marketing collateral.
- Sound understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work with both raster images and vector artwork and prepare suitable exports for digital and print use.
- Ability to interpret a brief, explain your design decisions and revise work in response to constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail, organised file management and reliable delivery across multiple assignments.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site at Crisant Technologies in Mysuru.
Useful, not mandatory - Experience designing for several brands or working in a creative or digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe InDesign or basic motion graphics.
- Knowledge of print production, bleed, resolution and colour management.
