Graphic Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating visually appealing page designs that enhance the brand's image and drive customer engagement. Your role will involve collaborating closely with content, marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality page layouts and maintain a repository of design templates. Key Responsibilities: - Design category & event pages based on thematic briefs, ensuring visually appealing layouts that align with national and international design benchmarks. - Adapt creatives across multiple channels like the app, website, emailers, and notifications with consistency in design. - Stay updated with global fashion and cultural trends to create an intuitive visual journey that engages consumers and fosters a sense of community on subculture-oriented category pages. - Present design concepts to stakeholders, manage multiple projects effectively, and deliver high-quality work on time. - Organize and maintain a digital asset library, prepare design files for web and print production, and optimize images for web usage. Qualifications: - B.Des / M.Des in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field from a fashion-forward institute like NIFT, Srishti, Pearl, or equivalent. - Proven experience in graphic design within the fashion/luxury, print, e-commerce, or related industry. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in layout design, typography, illustration, image manipulation, etc. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma. - Experience in designing/animating for paid media (Social + Motion Graphic Ads). - Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-playing skills with a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Familiarity with digital asset management and understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.,
