Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:
• Develop and produce high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including advertisements, social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, and website assets.
• Create visual content that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Design layouts, select colors, images, and fonts, and ensure the final product is visually appealing and on-brand.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and project goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance design concepts and campaigns.
• Present design ideas and concepts to clients or internal teams and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure consistency in design across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines to reflect current design trends and best practices.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access and reference.
• Collaborate with vendors and printers to ensure the successful production of printed materials.
• Innovation and Trends:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas and techniques to the team.
• Continuously seek ways to improve design processes and enhance visual communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in web design, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is a plus.

• 6 Days Working ( Mon-Sat)
• Term: Full Time
• Schedule: Day shift
• Working Hours: 9:30-5:30
• Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
