Earthitects is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and support our marketing efforts. Deliverables include digital and print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials. Create visually appealing designs for online, digital and offline, print media including brochures, coffee table books, presentations, social media content, email campaigns, advertising creatives, logo developments PowerPoint collaterals, website creatives and other marketing materials.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet marketing objectives.
Assist in the design of proposals, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all designs are aligned with Earthitects brand guidelines and aesthetic.
Responsible for printing of creatives when required and coordination for payments and documentation. Documentation, organization and filling of necessary paperwork, document and invoices and with regular follow-up and conduct quality checks for all print requirements.
Manage digital assets and maintain an organized archive of project files.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of design work.
Assist in the creation of award submissions and other promotional materials.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate must be comfortable with extensive travel as a key part of their role within the marketing team.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for the production of marketing collaterals.

Qualification: Bachelor s degree
Experience: 1+ years
Desirable (Optional)
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Architecture, Interior Design or any related field.
Key Skills
Proficiency in design layouts, graphics and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Proficiency in Wix and WordPress website creation tools and design.
Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
A basic knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills and an ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
Experience working directly with senior staff on business-critical projects with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work with diverse project teams in a fast-paced work environment.
Photography coordination/curation and digital asset management knowledge preferred.
