As a talented and driven Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in building India's best visual puzzle games. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling and visually rich images using AI tools like MidJourney, and creatively editing them to develop daily "Find the Differences" puzzle content. Your work will directly influence the visual identity of our games and help engage millions of users across the Dainik Bhaskar digital ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include: - Using GenAI tools like MidJourney or Sora to generate high-quality, India-centric artwork covering themes such as culture, festivals, and street life. - Designing and editing image pairs to create subtle, fun, and meaningful visual differences that are essential for our puzzle gameplay. - Ensuring clarity and accuracy in visuals to enhance gameplay intuitiveness and user satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a consistent, high-quality visual standard across all puzzles, collaborating with content and product teams to refine visual direction, and exploring new art styles suitable for gameplay. Adapting the visual tone based on themes while staying on-brand will be crucial. Additionally, you will work closely with game designers and the content team to efficiently translate daily puzzle ideas into visuals, stay ahead of the content calendar by building a robust pool of edited puzzles, and organize visual assets while maintaining documentation for image sources, references, and style consistency. Key qualifications for this role include: - 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, or game art. - Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI image generation tools such as MidJourney, Sora, DALLE. - Strong visual sense in layout, color, detail, and style, especially tailored for mobile-first games. Experience in designing for casual/puzzle games or visual content in Hindi/Indian contexts will be considered a bonus.
