Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple design projects, including promotional materials, social media graphics, website visuals, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and digital teams to ensure brand consistency and visual impact across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, banners, flyers, posters, and email templates, to support branding and marketing campaigns.
• Design high-converting and platform-optimized creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and online ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), tailored to the target audience.
• Assist in video production and editing for promotional content, student testimonials, reels, and course trailers, including basic shooting and setup support.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to translate ideas and campaigns into innovative visual content.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and platform standards to maintain fresh, engaging, and competitive content.
• Contribute to content strategy by creating visually engaging posts, thumbnails, and reels covers for social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• 0-1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related creative role.
• Freshers with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply
