Graphic Designer / Creative Associate

As a talented and passionate Graphic Designer, you will join our creative team to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our audience across multiple platforms. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our marketing materials, in-store graphics, social media posts, and promotional campaigns. You will design and produce a wide range of creative materials, including social media graphics, website banners, in-store signage, email templates, and print collateral. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will develop concepts to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms and translate marketing objectives into visually engaging design solutions. It is important to stay updated with the latest design trends and industry practices to keep our visual content fresh and innovative. Additionally, you will assist in brainstorming and developing campaign ideas to effectively promote our products and services. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, along with 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the retail or a related industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools is required. A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and versatility is essential, along with knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills are also important. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of total work experience, with 1 year specifically in design.
