APS is launching a cutting-edge platform under its brand “Office Advisor” focused on simplifying and accelerating commercial leasing decisions. We’re building a creative marketing team to visually communicate the platform’s vision, offerings, and value proposition across all touchpoints.

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to lead the design and execution of impactful visuals for both digital and print marketing efforts. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create content that elevates brand presence and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, sales decks, and client proposals
• Create social media creatives tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Design email marketing templates, banners, and graphic assets for campaigns
• Collaborate with content team to develop blog graphics and web visuals
• Develop posters, presentation templates, and event branding (if required)
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels and designs
• Ensure quick turnaround and quality across iterative design requests

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (real estate or tech platform experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma
• Understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to interpret briefs into creative design solutions
• Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns and B2B proposals
• Basic animation or video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory)
