Graphic Designer and Adobe Suite Expert

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the London-based design team to create high-quality, innovative artwork and creative assets for a variety of urban-planning and urban-design focused presentations. Your passion for design, coupled with a solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in digital and print media, will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare presentations, graphical brochures, and reports to a high standard of internal organization within the document. - Create high-quality maps and diagrams based on GIS outputs. - Produce high-quality Photoshop image renderings. - Maintain seamless communication with the London Office. - Be available to work flexible late hours, including 1 pm to 8 pm on certain days, to align with the London office's schedule. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing high-quality and innovative design work. - Ability to manage larger creative projects and produce excellent design work. - Strong problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes. - Collaborative and communicative, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Organized and methodical, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality. - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create diverse design solutions. - Experience in maintaining high standards and creative direction within design teams. - Sound understanding of graphic design trends and best practices in digital and print media. - Excellent design and visual communication skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail. **Good to Have:** - Previous experience in the urban planning/property sector. - Familiarity with Midjourney or other AI software. - Experience in creating video presentations and web pages.
