Graphic Designer and Adobe Suite Expert

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the London-based design team to produce high-quality, creative assets for urban-planning and urban-design presentations. As an ideal candidate, you should have a passion for design and a solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in digital and print media. Your responsibilities will include creating presentations, graphical brochures, and reports of exceptional quality. You will also be tasked with developing high-quality maps, diagrams, and Photoshop image renderings based on GIS outputs. It is crucial to maintain seamless communication with the London Office and be available to work flexible hours, including 1 pm to 8 pm when necessary. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, showcasing a portfolio of high-quality and innovative design work. You should be adept at managing creative projects, problem-solving, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills are essential for handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required. Experience in maintaining high design standards, understanding graphic design trends, and excelling in visual communication are key aspects of this role. Attention to detail and accuracy are non-negotiable qualities for success in this position. Additionally, prior experience in the urban planning or property sector, familiarity with Midjourney or other AI software, and expertise in creating video presentations and web pages are considered advantageous.
