Graphic Design Specialist

As a Graphic Design Specialist at IML Travel, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that resonates with our audiences and strengthens our brand presence. Your main responsibilities will include developing and designing visually appealing creatives, advertisements, banners, social media graphics, and marketing collateral while maintaining brand identity consistency across all materials. You will be tasked with creating high-quality graphics for various mediums such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media, website, and email campaigns. Utilizing advanced graphic design tools like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar software, you will produce professional-quality designs and adapt them for different formats and platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate concepts into creative designs that meet deadlines. Staying abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices is essential for this role. You will have the opportunity to suggest fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling and engagement, contributing to the innovative and creative environment at IML Travel. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Degree/Diploma in Graphic Designing, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in professional graphic design roles. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva Pro are advantageous.
