Graphic Design Faculty

Role Overview: As a Graphic Design Faculty at Times and Trends Academy (TTA) in Chinchwad, your primary responsibility will be to teach degree and diploma students in the field of Graphic Design. You will be conducting theory and practical sessions, guiding students on academic projects, and coordinating examinations. Additionally, you will assist in social media content creation and contribute to enhancing brand visibility through editing reels and posts. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging theory and practical sessions for degree and diploma students in Graphic Design. - Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, workshops, and demonstrations aligned with the syllabus. - Guide students in academic projects, design assignments, and portfolio development. - Coordinate and execute internal examinations and university assessments. - Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and encourage creativity and professional readiness. - Assist the media team in editing reels and social media posts for brand visibility. - Develop and update teaching materials to integrate latest industry practices and software. - Collaborate with coordinators and management to maintain academic standards. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors / Masters Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Applied Arts or related field. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. - Knowledge of motion graphics and social media content creation is advantageous. - Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. - Previous teaching/training experience is desirable. - Ability to balance academic duties with creative support for institute promotions.
