Graphic and web designer

As a Graphic and Web Designer at our company, your role will involve developing visual assets for various platforms such as social media, website banners, posters, flyers, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and event collaterals. You will support senior designers in executing campaigns and branding initiatives while ensuring all designs adhere to our brand guidelines, colour palettes, typography, and visual language. Additionally, you will be responsible for adapting and resizing creatives for different platforms, preparing print-ready files, maintaining design files, and staying updated on design trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop visual assets for social media, website banners, posters, flyers, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and event collaterals. - Support senior designers in executing campaigns and branding initiatives. - Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, colour palettes, typography, and visual language. - Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms and formats. - Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors. - Maintain an organized repository of design files, templates, and past projects. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. - Assist in brainstorming and concept development for campaigns. - Collaborate with content, digital, social media, and events teams for integrated outputs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Educational Qualification: BTech in Computer Science Engineering or Visual Communication. - Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of relevant experience. Please note that proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other design tools is essential for this role.,
