As the first point of contact for families seeking elder care solutions, you'll play a vital role in connecting seniors with quality home nursing services. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and families seeking elder care services Provide detailed information about our home nursing services, care packages, and pricing Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate care solutions Schedule appointments for home assessments and consultations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into service bookings Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism Coordinate with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure seamless service delivery Process service requests and maintain client documentation Build strong relationships with clients and their families Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English (other language prefered) Previous experience in customer service or healthcare industry (preferred) Compassionate and patient approach when dealing with elderly clients and families Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism Good organizational and multitasking abilities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,290.25 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
