Graduate Mechanical Engineer

As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, testing, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment. This position provides you with hands-on exposure to various engineering processes, project planning activities, and cross-functional collaboration within a structured learning environment. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, you will be an integral part of multidisciplinary teams focusing on addressing real-world engineering challenges. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems utilizing CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo. You will conduct basic stress analysis, material selection, and performance testing while supporting the preparation of engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. In addition, you will actively participate in prototype assembly, testing, and evaluation processes, collaborating closely with production, quality, and procurement teams to facilitate manufacturing and assembly tasks. Furthermore, you will be involved in investigating mechanical failures or unexpected issues, providing support for root cause analysis, and ensuring the maintenance of documentation in compliance with company standards and engineering codes. It will be essential for you to learn and apply relevant standards like ASME, API, ISO, or BS as necessary. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or be in the final semester of your graduation. A strong academic background in mechanical systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials is required. Proficiency in CAD tools and basic engineering analysis software, such as ANSYS or MATLAB, is essential. You should have a good understanding of mechanical drawings and tolerance standards, coupled with an analytical mindset, robust problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively as part of a team is crucial for success in this position. This is a full-time position that requires willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia. The job also mandates a CAD certification and 100% willingness to travel.
