GRADE - 1 TEACHER

As a Grade - 1 Teacher, your role is to teach students according to the CBSE guidelines and assist in their intellectual, social, and emotional development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Teach the subject at the specified grades following CBSE standards and considering the educational requirements and capabilities of the students - Establish a classroom environment that is inviting, positive, and inclusive - Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to enhance the overall progress and well-being of individual students and student groups - Strive for exceptional student achievement across all subjects and provide support to colleagues in achieving school-wide student success - Engage in effective communication, collaboration, and consultation with school staff, as well as parents/guardians, always prioritizing the students" best interests - Identify and nurture students for various literary events such as elocution, essay writing, debates, etc. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Zoom Meetings - Demonstrated involvement in theatre, sports, literary events, or social work **Additional Details:** This position requires a UG/PG degree with a minimum of two years of teaching experience.
