You should have a degree in Civil Engineering or M.Tech (Structure) along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation based on Govt. DSR, CSR, etc. You must be proficient in tasks such as the preparation of tender documents, BBS preparation, and possess knowledge of site execution supervision. It is essential to have expertise in MS Office, estimation, BBS, and analysis of rates. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AutoCAD drafting skills. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of structure design, codal provisions, design of steel and RCC buildings, bridges, and the willingness to visit project sites and attend meetings with clients. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The job also offers a performance bonus. The ideal candidate should be located in or willing to relocate to Mohali, Punjab. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position, along with a minimum of 5 years of work experience. Day shift availability is preferred for this role, and the work will primarily be in person.,
