GOS Operator & Maintenance Engineer

As the Site In-Charge, GOS Operator, and Maintenance Engineer, your role entails overseeing site operations, managing GOSS equipment, and ensuring regular maintenance for system reliability. Your hands-on experience in field service, troubleshooting, and strong understanding of electrical or computer engineering principles will be key in excelling in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Site Management:** Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for smooth and efficient operations. - **GOSS Operation:** Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot GOS equipment to maintain high-performance levels. - **Installation & Setup:** Perform equipment installation and setup at client sites following technical and safety standards. - **Preventive Maintenance:** Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. - **Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to reduce operational interruptions. - **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain detailed service logs and prepare reports on installation, maintenance, and operational performance. - **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times. - **Client Interaction:** Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on maintenance schedules, repairs, and operational status. **Key Requirements:** **Technical Skills:** - Strong knowledge in electrical systems or computer science fundamentals. - Familiarity with GOSS systems or similar printing equipment is an advantage. **Experience:** - 1-2 years of experience in field service, installation, and maintenance. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards, as well as effectively communicating with clients regarding maintenance schedules, repairs, and operational status. Your technical skills should include a strong understanding of electrical systems or computer science fundamentals, with prior experience in field service, installation, and maintenance.
