Drafting of architecture drawings in Revit (Schematic & Detail Design) is a key responsibility for this role. You should be familiar with drafting and execution standards that are applicable to the respective architectural and structural discipline. Your tasks will include producing standard details for Project Execution and performing measurement and quantity takeoff from drawings. In terms of technical skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DSMax, GoogleSketchup, and MS Office is required for this position. Qualifications Required: - Must possess and maintain an exceptional work ethic and uphold company values while demanding the highest standard of conduct from yourself and others. - Ability to work effectively in a team, manage time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals. - Strong verbal communication skills are essential for this role. Minimum Period of Employment: The Candidate must acknowledge that significant costs and time will be invested in training specifically for handling the job responsibilities. Therefore, any discontinuance of employment before the expiry of the 24-month term would unfairly prejudice the Company. The Candidate is required not to leave the services of the Company for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of joining.
