As a Creative Graphic Designer at Digital Marketing StudioGenix LLP, you will play a crucial role in bringing strong visual storytelling and modern design sense to transform client briefs into impactful brand and marketing creatives. Your ability to balance creativity with practicality will be key in producing designs that not only look great but also align with business and marketing goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand and interpret client briefs, then develop creative concepts & moodboards. - Design graphics across branding, digital campaigns, social media, and print collaterals. - Create visual identities, layouts, and marketing materials that reflect brand consistency. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, web) and communicate concepts clearly. - Use AI-powered design tools (where relevant) to speed up workflows and enhance creativity. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, formats, and tools. - Create and prepare designs specifically for printing materials (flex, brochures, packaging, visiting cards, standees, etc.) with correct sizing, bleed, and print-ready formats. **Skills & Tools:** - Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). - Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX collaboration. - Canva (for quick adaptations/templates). - Knowledge of print material design standards - bleed, margins, CMYK, high-resolution output, packaging layouts, etc. - Bonus: Exposure to AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALLE). As the ideal candidate, you should have 14 years of professional design experience either in an agency or on the brand side. A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing branding, social, and campaign creatives is essential. Your creative thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt design styles for different industries/clients will be highly valued. Good communication and presentation skills are necessary to effectively explain your design ideas. Being self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced creative environment are traits that will contribute to your success in this role. Location for this full-time position is Nashik, and the option to work from the office is available.
