Job Description
We are looking for a Google Ads Campaign Specialist to plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads, improve campaign performance, and achieve client business objectives.

The role involves campaign setup, keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy development, budget management, conversion tracking, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate should understand paid search advertising, campaign performance metrics, and strategies for improving conversions while managing advertising costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives, target audiences, and marketing budgets.
• Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search terms, negative keywords, and targeting opportunities.
• Set up and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, and other relevant Google Ads campaign types based on campaign requirements.
• Create and refine ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and calls to action to improve relevance and engagement.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, location targeting, audience settings, and ad schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversions, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS), where applicable.
• Set up, review, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
• Optimize campaigns through search term analysis, negative keyword management, bid adjustments, audience refinement, and ad testing.
• Analyze campaign data to identify performance issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with the landing page, design, and development teams to improve landing page relevance and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to clients or internal teams.
• Stay updated on Google Ads features, advertising policies, campaign optimization practices, and platform changes.

Experience
Relevant experience in Google Ads, PPC advertising, paid search, performance marketing, or digital advertising preferred.
