Role Overview We are seeking a Google Ads Bidding Specialist who understands the science behind smart bidding strategies. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing bid strategies to drive the best possible performance across Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, precision, and continuous improvement. Certifications are not required—what matters is your ability to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage manual and automated bidding strategies across Google Ads Monitor bid performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI Analyze cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), ROAS, and impression share metrics Optimize bidding tactics based on campaign goals (conversions, traffic, lead quality, etc.) Collaborate with campaign managers to align bidding strategies with overall account objectives Test bid adjustments by device, audience, demographics, and schedule to refine performance Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads bidding strategies Strong understanding of Smart Bidding, manual CPC, target CPA, and ROAS strategies Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and performance reporting Analytical mindset and attention to detail Proven track record of optimizing bids for better performance and cost-efficiency Preferred Qualifications Experience managing large-budget or high-volume accounts Familiarity with ecommerce or lead generation campaigns Basic knowledge of scripts or bidding automation tools is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Autonomy to run and optimize real campaigns A performance-first, test-and-learn work culture Opportunity to work on high-impact accounts and see your strategies in action Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
