Role Overview We are looking for a Google Ads Automation Specialist to streamline and enhance our advertising workflows through automation. This role is ideal for someone who understands both strategy and implementation—using scripts, rules, and smart bidding tactics to increase efficiency, scale campaigns, and drive better performance. What matters most is your ability to automate and optimize—not a certification. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage automation scripts within Google Ads to improve campaign efficiency Set up automated rules, alerts, and bidding strategies aligned with campaign goals Integrate Google Ads with tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or APIs for reporting and monitoring Optimize campaign delivery using Smart Bidding, audience signals, and custom solutions Identify opportunities for automation across campaign management and reporting workflows Collaborate with PPC and analytics teams to ensure automation supports performance outcomes Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience working with Google Ads automation tools or scripts Solid understanding of Google Ads interface, campaign structure, and bidding logic Familiarity with Google Ads scripts (JavaScript), rules, and automated workflows Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and scalability Experience improving campaign performance through automation Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Ads API, BigQuery, or custom dashboarding Familiarity with ecommerce, Shopping, or Performance Max campaign automation Ability to troubleshoot and optimize scripts across multiple accounts What We Offer Competitive pay Hands-on ownership of automation projects High-impact work across real advertising accounts Supportive team focused on innovation and performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
