Role Overview We’re hiring a proactive Google Ads Account Manager to take ownership of client advertising campaigns, ensure smooth execution, and drive measurable results. This role blends campaign strategy, account management, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals and lead the optimization of their Google Ads accounts accordingly. Certifications are not required—we care more about your impact and experience. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Google Ads operations for assigned client accounts. Create, optimize, and scale campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and performance insights. Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and adjust bids to meet performance goals. Monitor campaign performance and proactively implement improvements. Prepare and present performance reports, trends, and growth strategies. Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of Google Ads interface, targeting options, and performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting. Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
