Identify and onboard new retail partners, experience counters, and flagship stores. Create and execute brand campaigns celebrating Assams Tea Legacy.” Design collaborations with Assam Tourism and curate immersive chai experiences. Build consistent digital and offline visibility through engaging content and events. Be the voice and face of Goodwyn — engage, listen, and connect with customers. Launch loyalty programs and experiential chai sessions to make Goodwyn a daily ritual. Define and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive performance, profitability, and marketing ROI across all outlets. Build and lead a passionate team of retail storytellers and chai ambassadors. Inspire with energy, empathy, and excellence. Preferred candidate profile Attribute Requirement Experience - 7–10 years in marketing or sales (FMCG / Perfume / Cosmetic / Lifestyle / Tea industry preferred) Background - Female candidate, preferably from Assam with a deep cultural connection Education - Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Brand, or Retail Management Traits - Extroverted, confident communicator, innovative thinker, relationship-builder Skillset - Strategic marketing, retail development, storytelling, customer insights Languages - Fluent in English, Assamese, and Hindi Travel - Willing to travel frequently across Assam Authenticity: Believes in purity, storytelling, and honest products.
