The role focuses on maintaining documentation, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring timely renewals and submissions. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws. Maintain statutory registers, licenses, renewals, and filing of returns. Coordinate with consultants and government departments during inspections and audits. Track and verify vendor/contractor compliance (PF, ESI, Wages, etc.). Support safety, fire, and environmental compliance activities at the plant. Prepare monthly compliance reports and assist in closing audit observations. Maintain proper documentation and records for office and plant compliance. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Law / HR / Commerce) Minimum 2 years experience in compliance Good knowledge of statutory laws and documentation Strong coordination, communication, and MS Office skills

Key Responsibilities: Government Outreach: Visit State and Central Government departments across UP East districts to present and pitch the company's complete product range. Commercial Segment Development: Engage with commercial establishments such as IT companies, corporate offices, healthcare institutions, educational organizations, and project consultants to promote and position all product lines effectively. Contractor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government and private contractors to enhance brand presence and improve order acquisition rates. Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage project channel partners to ensure smooth operations, consistent growth, and adherence to company objectives. Sales Leadership: Drive and guide the regional sales team to achieve annual revenue targets by collaborating with institutional buyers, large builders, architects, and contractors. Market Intelligence & Pricing: Work closely with management to analyze competition, provide market insights, and support in determining competitive pricing strategies aligned with company goals. Travel: Extensive travel is required across all UP East districts for customer visits, partner management, and project follow-ups. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Proven track record in B2B / Institutional / Project Sales. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred). 3 to 8 years of experience in Government / Project / Institutional Sales, preferably in Electrical, Lighting, Building Materials, or similar industries.
