Job Description: As a Gold Auditor at Augmont Gold, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in gold loan operations at our branches in Kadapa and Anantapur. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough audits of gold valuations, verify loan processes, and ensure adherence to both company policies and regulatory standards. You will be expected to: - Conduct regular audits at branches to validate the accuracy of gold valuation and documentation. - Verify the purity and weight of gold, along with other loan transactions. - Identify any discrepancies, operational risks, or deviations from policies. - Prepare detailed audit reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions. - Ensure strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines. - Collaborate with branch staff and management to address and resolve any audit observations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance (preferred). - 4 to 5 years of auditing experience, preferably within the gold loan sector. - A strong understanding of gold loan operations and compliance requirements. - Excellent analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in report-writing. - Readiness to travel between Kadapa and Anantapur locations.
